Platinum 23 Ltd Terms and Conditions
Article 1. BOOKING CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to all bookings accepted by Platinum 23 Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your booking is not confirmed unless payment is made in full.
1.1 The company gives no Warranty about the event to which the hospitality is sold as to its quality, suitability or otherwise.
Article 2. EVENT SPECIFICATION
The company will supply the hospitality package or event management services detailed in the event specification (see package details). The event specification may be varied with the company's written agreement.
Article 3. PRICE
The total price payable for the hospitality package (see package details) consists of:
(a) a deposit of 50% of the total price payable with your booking, and which is non-refundable,
(b) Further payment of 50% of the total price payable 3 months prior to the event
(c) or if the event is within 3 months of the booking date, full payment is required with booking
3.1 Platinum 23 Ltd will not confirm your booking until the deposit has been paid.
3.2 Ticket Issuing Procedures, tickets will be sent to you by special delivery post and will be needed to be signed for
3.3 Tickets and other admission documents will under no circumstances be issued prior to full payment relating to such tickets.
Article 4. CANCELLATION
Cancellation of your booking is not possible once ordered, unless they can be sold on the clients behalf
Article 5 THE EVENT
5.1 The company does not accept responsibility for any changes to the event program including without limitation the cancellation of the event or the general arrangements made by the event organisers.
5.2 The tickets in the Hospitality Packages sold are subject to our terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the owners or operators of the venue for which tickets are sold.
5.3 The company has no control over the running of the event and all the details and descriptions in relation are for guide purposes only.
5.4 The details of the event shown in material supplied by the company are correct at the time of printing but the customer shall be responsible for checking with the event that no alterations have been made.
5.5 The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation of the event because of government action, strike, civil commotion, national disaster or other force majeure, in no circumstances shall the company be liable for any consequential loss or damage, in any event the company's liability shall be limited to the price of the hospitality package.
5.6 Any complaints must be registered in writing to the company within 7 days of the last day of the event. The company cannot be liable for any complaints after that period.
5.7 The company gives no warranties that the event shall take place in the time and place stipulated or at all.
5.8 These terms and conditions take precedence over any printed on client purchase orders or letters of acceptance. No amendments to these terms and conditions are allowed save those which may be agreed to in writing by an authorised officer of the company
